Responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships, identifying new business
opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and key accounts. The
role focuses on driving revenue growth through client satisfaction, customized solutions, and
long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with key domestic and international clients in the toys
segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through market research.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely communication and
service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, quality, logistics) to meet client
requirements.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pricing strategies, and product pitches.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and account profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific standards, certifications, and delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
  • B. Engineer with - 10 Years to 12 Years Relevant Experience
  • Preferred experience: Plastic/Toys industry with Experience in B2B or contract
manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
