Job DescriptionFor Sales Account managerThe Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of Agilent’s analytical instruments and solutions across key Pharma and Biopharma accounts in West India. This role focuses on strategic account management, new business development, and long-term customer partnerships while achieving revenue and market-share objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDrive sales of analytical instruments (HPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, Dissolution, Spectroscopy, etc.) to Pharma and Biopharma customersManage and grow strategic/key accounts, including large pharma, biopharma, CDMO, CRO, and research organizationsIdentify new business opportunities, lead generation, and conversion within the assigned territoryAchieve and exceed annual sales targets and profitability goalsAccount Management & Customer EngagementDevelop deep relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and end-usersAct as a trusted advisor by understanding customer workflows, regulatory needs, and application challengesLead complex sales cycles including product demonstrations, technical discussions, negotiations, and closuresEnsure high customer satisfaction and long-term retentionCollaboration & Internal CoordinationWork closely with application scientists, service teams, marketing, and channel partnersCoordinate product demos, evaluations, and customer trialsProvide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM reportingMarket & Competitive IntelligenceMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedbackProvide insights to marketing and product teams to support strategy and positioningQualificationsMinimum qualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.Typically, at least 5+ years relevant experience.Additional DetailsThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
