- Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
- Prepare/review MEP layouts, shop drawings, and coordinated service drawings.
- Plan MEP activities, schedules, and material requirements as per project timelines.
- Identify and resolve drawing clashes and technical coordination issues.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and material estimations.
- Support costing, billing classification, and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and subcontractors for technical approvals.
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare technical submittals and material approval documents. `
Industry – Real Estate,
Developer Education – Diploma in Engineering / B.E Mechanical/ Electrical
Proficiency: Strong understanding and planning skillsfor mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems.
Skills – AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, (BIM / REVIT)
