These shortlisted candidates will be called for an online interview & those qualifying for the interview will be able to join this program. As part of the program, trainees will go through 15 days training period before they start assisting customers.2) Will I be provided with Laptop, Desktop, phone, or any other hardware?You need to use your own devices. We will not be providing any hardware.3) Will I be provided with an Internet Connection?No. You need to get a broadband connection for which we will provide you reimbursement up to Rs. 500 per month against the internet bill submitted. These parameters will get shared with you during your onboarding process and the measurement of Performance and Behavior is very transparent.9) How will I record my time when I am working?The calling application will log you in/out/break time.
