Company Description Vajra Rubber Products Ltd is a mechanical or industrial engineering company based in Konathkunnu, Thrissur, India. We specialize in manufacturing custom-molded rubber products, plastics, and composites, ranging from high-end mission-critical rocket seals and submarine stealth tiles to ordinary O-rings and doormats. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tooling Coordinator at Vajra Rubber Products (P) Ltd. The Tooling Coordinator will be responsible for managing tooling projects, ensuring timely delivery of tooling products, and maintaining and repairing production equipment. They will also design, fabricate, and install tooling systems, maintain accurate documentation, and actively communicate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks/CATIA V5 is a plus. 0-1 years of experience in designing, fabricating, and installing tooling systems in the manufacturing industry. Freshers also are eligible for apply. Demonstrated knowledge of production processes such as compression molding, transfer molding or injection molding Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to read/draw and interpret Engineering drawings and geometrical tolerances. Effective communication and teamwork skills Diploma in Tool&Die or a related technical field is preferred Experience in the rubber and plastics industry is a plus Candidates with nearby accomodation are preferable.
