- Learning Consulting & Needs Analysis
- Lead comprehensive training needs identification and analysis (TNI/TNA) across business areas, processes, and roles.
- Engage proactively with SMEs, product owners, and functional leaders to understand capability gaps, performance challenges, and future skill requirements.
- Ask the right diagnostic questions, deep dive into complex topics, and translate findings into actionable learning solutions.
- Recommend appropriate learning modalities (eLearning, virtual, classroom, job aids, etc.) aligned to audience needs and business context.
- Curriculum & Content Strategy
- Design role-based and process-based learning curricula that address business priorities and employee skill readiness.
- Define and maintain a content strategy ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance of learning materials across functions and geographies.
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers, developers, and trainers to ensure learning solutions are engaging, scalable, and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Support creation of re-usable, modular, and agile learning assets to accelerate deployment.
- Program Execution & Governance
- Oversee end-to-end learning lifecycle - from TNI/TNA, curriculum design, content development, training scheduling, delivery, and evaluation.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of all training deliverables through effective planning, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with LMS administrators to manage learner enrolments, completions, and certifications as per governance guidelines.
- Stakeholder Management & Advisory
- Act as a trusted learning advisor to senior business and technology leaders.
- Present insights, progress reports, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across business, HR, and change management teams to ensure learning interventions are integrated into the overall transformation roadmap.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in Learning Consulting, Instructional Design, or Learning Program Management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex training programs involving multiple systems, processes, and global stakeholder groups.
- Strong experience in conducting TNI/TNA, curriculum design, and learning strategy formulation.
- Deep understanding of modern learning approaches (blended, digital, microlearning, experiential, and performance support).
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and working knowledge of authoring tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior leaders and manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
- Experience working in global transformation or technology-driven environments.
- Knowledge of change management and capability building methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link learning solutions to measurable business outcomes.
