For more detail, visit our websiteThe RolePosition: Business Development ManagerLocation – Orchid Centre, Golf-Course Road, Sector-54, Gurgaon (On-site)No of Positions – 2Department : Business DevelopmentEducation- MBACTC – 5 LPA (4.5 L Fixed+0.50 L Variable) + Sales IncentiveResponsibilities:· Generate inquiries and close transactions for recruitment and finance business consulting.· Handle presales activities, including lead generation through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn, and online data.· Maintain regular communication with potential clients to develop synergy and foster relationships.· Prepare and share presentations/proposals with potential clients according to their requirements.· Elaborate on the terms of hiring and ensure clarity throughout the process.· Guide the activities and operations of the sourcing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.· Maintain a database of potential clients for future engagement.Desired Candidate:· MBA qualification.· Interest in B2B/corporate sales.· Candidates from the consulting or recruitment industry will be preferable.· Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.· Proactive and street-smart individual.· Ideally based in Gurgaon.Key Skills:· Excellent communication skills.· Proactive business development professional.· Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.· Good knowledge of using LinkedIn and related tools.Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry and IT Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of B2B Business management, MBA, Corporate sale, MS excel, power point, very good communication and Ms Office, Ms word.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
