- Ensure trade compliances, AML, KYC and MTM monitoring in the book
- Continues engagement with key relationships of the geography across ETB and NTB portfolio
- Controlling customer level attrition across portfolio
- Effective team management
- Ensure minimum 75% of the volume is routed through MTP
- Manage portfolio concentration risk by broad basing delivery both in terms of customer and branch activations
- Plan focused activities for acquisition
