To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
Manage and lead field executive at the branch in achieving targets and generating leads and achieve volumes and targeted market share in respective NCV dealership
Develop and manage customers and dealer relationships through face to face interactions
Responsible for staffing optimal utilization of resources in the branch sales team
Initiate marketing program/BRL activities from time to time in the assigned branch location
Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in timely manner to practice ‘First Time Right’ principle.
Ensure 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
Desired Experience:
Number of years of experience (05-10 Years )
Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large NBFCs)
Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sale s& Collection side of CV.)
Languages (Hindi/English)
Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office)
