Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements. - Design and document business processes and workflows. - Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - Experience in defining product requirements and use cases. - Knowledge of process optimization techniques. - Familiarity with business process modeling tools. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
