- Design, develop, and maintain Windows kernel-mode and user-mode drivers.
- Work on performance profiling and instrumentation tools for Windows applications.
- Analyze and optimize system-level behavior using Windows internals knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate profiling tools into broader software ecosystems.
- Debug complex issues across kernel and user space using tools like WinDbg, ETW, and PerfView.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews with a focus on performance and reliability.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Windows driver development (WDM, KMDF, UMDF).
- Strong understanding of Windows OS internals (memory management, process/thread scheduling, I/O subsystem).
- Proficiency in modern C++ (C++17 or later) with emphasis on performance and system-level programming.
- Experience with debugging tools (WinDbg, Visual Studio Debugger) and performance analysis tools (ETW, WPA).
- Familiarity with Windows APIs, registry, and system services.
- Solid grasp of multithreading, synchronization, and low-level system programming concepts.
- Bachelors or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
- Master’s degree preferred.
