Role TM - IP Governance Job Level/ Designation M1 Function / Department Technology Location Indore Job Purpose IP Governance Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Responsible for all Infra related O&M Activities with all the IP Partners. Upgradation & Infra Support extension to internal Customers. Responsible for implementation of automation & cost-effective measures. Maintain Infra uptime as per defined SLA & driving various projects with IP Partners to maintain operations at Sites. Coordination with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff. Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and network KPI improvement. Support to BSS Team, coordination to achieve highest network availability of System. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Good communication and coordination skills Hands on with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint Electrical Engineering, capacity analysis & optimization Products Knowledge Delivering Results Must have technical / professional qualifications . Essential : Graduation - BE (Electrical ) . work ex: 5 - 7 years .
