Role OverviewThis is a technical, research-driven sales role, not a high-volume calling job.You will work closely with the founders and product teams to:Identify high-potential companies and use-cases for AI adoptionBuild targeted lead pipelines using structured researchDesign go-to-market and outreach strategies for AI productsThe role requires someone who can connect technology with business problems, understand where AI fits, and translate that into meaningful sales opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify companies and industries where solutions like LLMs, automation, computer vision, or AI agents can create measurable valueDefine and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) based on product use-casesBuild targeted lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CrunchbaseMap decision-makers (CXO, Head of Ops, Product, Tech, etc.) and buying committeesDesign and execute personalized outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, multi-touch campaigns)Track and manage leads, outreach, and pipeline using CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho CRMMaintain clean, structured datasets using Google Sheets / Microsoft ExcelContinuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion through experimentation
Work with internal teams to align product positioning with market needsRequirements0–1 year experience OR strong demonstrated interest in AI / SaaS / technical salesAbility to understand technical concepts (AI, automation, SaaS) and map them to business use-casesStrong research and problem-solving skills (ability to figure things out independently)Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and data handlingClear, structured communication (especially written outreach)Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and iterate strategies
