Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Engineer will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites. Coordinate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules. Monitor progress and ensure that work is being carried out according to specifications. Conduct quality control checks to ensure that work meets regulatory and company standards. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise. Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders. Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on-site. Requirements: Bachelor's degree/ Diplomo in Civil Engineering or related field. 2-3 years of experience in construction or civil engineering. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.
