Enterprise Account Manager Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)Experience: 2 - 5 YearsRole Overview- We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow revenue from existing enterprise customers. The role focuses on account expansion, revenue growth, upselling/cross-selling SaaS solutions, and managing enterprise relationships at CXO level.- The position requires a 60% focus on revenue generation and account expansion and 40% focus on customer success and relationship management.Key Responsibilities :- Own and grow revenue from assigned enterprise accounts- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients- Conduct CXO-level meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and account strategy discussions - Prepare pricing proposals, commercial negotiations, and solution costings- Manage account lifecycle including renewals, PO management, escalations, and expansion- Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams to ensure product adoption and client satisfaction- Track and improve collections, payment follow-ups, and DSO- Identify business opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue expansion- Maintain commercial documentation and renewal processesMandatory Requirements- 2+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales / Account Management- Experience managing large enterprise clients- Must have handled an ARR portfolio of - 2 Cr+- Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling SaaS solutions- Experience handling commercial negotiations, pricing proposals, and payment collections- Experience managing end-to-end enterprise account lifecycle- Background in B2B SaaS product companies- Strong stakeholder management with CXO-level engagementPreferred :- Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Manufacturing SaaS domain- Exposure to tech-enabled SaaS platformsIdeal Candidate :- Strong revenue ownership mindset- Excellent communication and enterprise stakeholder management skills- Ability to drive account growth and manage complex enterprise relationships (ref:updazz.com)
