Job Title : Senior Legal Executive Location : Andheri West Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Law Job Specification As an in-house legal executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Risk & Strategy team whilst providing advice and support to the organization, including its various departments and business units. You will work with the various stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, applicable laws and regulations, and to manage legal and contractual risks associated with the organization's activities. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, as well as supporting internal and external resources in managing and resolving legal and contractual disputes Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support to the company on a range of legal matters, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution Conduct legal research and analysis to identify and evaluate legal risks and opportunities for the company Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and contractual requirements to minimise risk exposure for the company Review contractual arrangements, conduct risk assessment for such arrangements and support projects and various concerns teams in addressing and mitigating risks that may arise. Support in contract negotiation and drafting contractual letters Work cross functionally to maintain alignment between departments. Supporting external legal counsel in managing legal disputes, including legal proceedings, concerning the company Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide guidance to the company on any necessary changes to policies and procedures Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law. At least 4-5 years of relevant legal experience in an in-house legal department, preferably in a large-sized organization with diverse business verticals Strong knowledge of commercial law and contract law. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
