Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, willingness to learn, and adaptable to lab work conditions
