- Oversee design reviews and ensure all deliverables meet technical and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate secondary systems into the overall substation design.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and engineers.
- Ensure designs are aligned with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience: 7-10 years in substation design
