The position of Sr. Hydraulic/River Training Engineer is the key position in these BIDs. Missions/Main Duties:

Conduct flow simulations, flood analysis, and sediment transport studies to assess river behavior around the bridge site.
Design structures such as spurs, guide bunds, revetments, and embankments to protect the bridge and control river flow
Evaluate potential scour around bridge piers and abutments; develop countermeasures like riprap or sheet piling.
Oversee implementation of river training structures, ensuring alignment with design specifications and adaptive modifications as needed.
Analyze historical rainfall, river discharge, and catchment area data to guide design parameters and seasonal risk planning.

Profile/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering/Water resource engineering, post- graduate degree preferred.
Min.12 years of experience professional experience in related field.
Min.8 years of design experience in hydraulic/River training and protective works in similar bridge project
