Technical Writer

• Create and update manuals, user guides, API documentation, and release notes.
• Simplify complex technical details into clear, user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams for accurate information.
• Maintain documentation standards, formatting, and version control.
• Review, edit, and proofread content for clarity and accuracy.

• 4+ years of experience in technical writing for software or IT products.
• Strong command of English and excellent documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Wiki, MS Office, Markdown.
• Ability to understand technical concepts, workflows, APIs, and system behavior.

• Knowledge of HTML/XML/Markdown, Git, or diagramming tools (Visio, Figma, Lucid

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Salesforce Admin certified is added advantage.
