- Depot management and Inventory control management.
- Execution of new market launches plan.
- New products launch planning and execution,
- Designing and implementation Regional marketing strategy for brand promotion. Ensuring BTL activities as per plan.
- Recruitment, Training, Motivation& guidance to sales team.
- Appoint new institutional channels & distributors.
- Sales team management Control (Field assist application)
- Scheme budget & damage control.
- Market intelligence data monitoring.
