An Electrical Shift Incharge is responsible for supervising electrical operations and maintenance during their assigned shift, ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of electrical systems and equipment. Key duties include leading a team of electricians, troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, documenting shift activities, and coordinating with other departments to support production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Supervision:Manage and lead the electrical team during the shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Operations Management:Oversee all electrical operations, monitoring equipment performance and coordinating with other teams to maintain production schedules.Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Perform or oversee routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, responding to and resolving breakdowns promptly.Safety & Compliance:Enforce strict adherence to electrical safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for the team and for all personnel on site.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of shift activities, equipment maintenance, production data, and any faults or issues that arise.Problem Solving:Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, equipment malfunctions, and automation errors, implementing solutions to minimize disruption.Collaboration:Work with senior engineers, other departments, and shift supervisors to share information, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.Training & Support:Provide guidance and support to staff members, contributing to their training and development.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise:Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, automation, and maintenance.Leadership & Communication:Proven ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and foster positive working relationships.Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues.Safety Mindset:A strong commitment to and understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.Organizational Skills:Ability to plan, schedule, manage tasks, and maintain detailed records.Experience:Previous hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and repair, often within an industrial or manufacturing setting.Education:Often requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical qualification.JOB APPLYhttp://jobs.vinayakjob.com/CONTACT DETAILS - Name - DIMPAL Number - +91 91099 99669
