The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to potential customers and converting leads into successful sales.Roles and Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.- Follow up on leads and cold calls to convert into sales.- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products accordingly.- Handle objections professionally and close deals over the phone.- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software.- High school diploma; additional education is a plus.
