- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the Business Manager/Regional Manager to develop and implement business development strategies
- Travel to client locations and industry events as required
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and business development goals
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities
- Adhere to the schedule and/or travel chart provided for you by the RM.
- Provide regular daily,weekly and monthly updates and reports on business development initiative to the RM.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
