- Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent.

- New Client Acquisition & Growth
- Responsible to acquire new clients from the assigned geography and to grow business from existing clients.
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing and cold calling.
- Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients through renewal, upselling and cross selling.
- Consultative Selling:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business, their needs and proactively identify opportunities & pitch solutions to support client's requirements using various recruitment solutions.
- Periodically monitor product performance, usage data and share necessary analytics with relevant stakeholders.
- Client Service & Engagement: Manage end to end recruitment campaigns and actively engage with the customers by monitoring product delivery, demonstrations and trainings.
- Closure and Collection: Manage negotiation & collection process including commercials, legal sign-off and timely collections.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between the client & internal teams to exchange feedback and deliver the best client experience
- Partner with other departments (i.e. Legal, Finance) to ensure process compliance and adherence to guidelines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- 1-2 years of corporate sales experience.
- Outstanding stakeholder management experience and collaboration skills
- Tactful, Persuasive and a Good Negotiator
- Positive and Can Do attitude
