You’ll own content, automation, targeting, and optimization—and work closely with international stakeholders in sales and operations to continuously refine results.This is a full-time, in-office position based in Noida, with working hours aligned to US (preferred) or UK business time zones. While the role begins as a short-term contract, we’re looking to convert the right person into a full-time team member who thrives in a high-accountability, growth-oriented environment.🎯 What You’ll DoFull-Funnel Campaign ExecutionDesign and deploy campaigns that generate qualified leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and support revenue close.AI-Powered Content DevelopmentUse ChatGPT and other AI tools to develop high-quality email cadences, landing pages, ads, and more—quickly and at scale.Marketing Automation & CRMBuild workflows in HubSpot to segment, nurture, and re-engage leads. Coordinate with Outreach and Salesforce to support end-to-end pipeline visibility.Performance Monitoring & OptimizationTrack lead quality, opportunity creation, and funnel velocity.
