Project Management: Oversee and manage commercial building projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.2. Site Execution: Supervise site activities, including RCC shell & core, casting of slabs/beams, block works, plaster, external facade, and finishing work.3. Steel Reconciliation: Manage steel reconciliation, ensuring accurate material usage and minimizing waste.4. Contractor Management: Manage and coordinate contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.5. Consultant Interaction: Liaise with consultants, including architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project requirements are met.6. QA/QC: Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are implemented and followed on site.7. EHS: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards on site.Requirements1. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in commercial building projects, with a focus on site execution and project management.2. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, including RCC, block works, plaster, and finishing work.3. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including contractors and site staff.4.
