We are expanding rapidly and looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our growth and brand-building efforts.Role Overview:We are looking for a data-driven and digitally-savvy Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing efforts at Youthville. The incumbent will be responsible for driving qualified leads through both performance and organic marketing, optimizing marketing spends, and enhancing brand visibility across digital and offline channels.Key Responsibilities:Digital & Performance Marketing- Own and execute digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other performance channels.- Track and optimize key performance metrics: CTR, CPL, Conversion Rates, and CAC.- Lead SEO strategy and implementation to grow organic traffic.- Plan and manage remarketing campaigns to improve funnel conversions.Organic & Referral Growth- Build and scale organic and referral programs to drive low-CAC growth.- Identify viral growth levers and community engagement strategies.- Partner with internal teams to create engaging content, email campaigns, and lead nurturing flows.Creative & Branding- Liaise with creative agencies and freelancers for cost-efficient and brand-aligned creatives.- Lead website revamp or rebranding initiatives for better UX and conversions.- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.Offline/BTL Campaigns- Execute targeted BTL marketing activities (college partnerships, flyers, events, etc.) to increase local visibility and inbound leads.- Collaborate with sales and operations teams for ground-level activation and lead generation.Analytics & Reporting- Regularly track, report, and analyze campaign performance and ROI.- Recommend data-backed improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness.Desired Candidate Profile:- 4-8 years of experience in digital and performance marketing; experience in real estate, co-living, D2C, or startup environments preferred.- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.- Strong understanding of CPL, CTR, CAC, Conversion Rate optimization.- Excellent creative judgment and experience in coordinating with agencies/designers.- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data tools like Excel, GA4, Hotjar, etc.- Strong communication and project management skills.What We Offer:- Chance to lead marketing for a growing lifestyle and co-living brand.- A performance-driven and entrepreneurial work environment.- Freedom to experiment and build scalable marketing funnels.- Competitive salary + performance bonuses.
