"Job Description & SummaryJob Position Title:Senior Associate_ Frontend (UI/UX) Developer_ Emerging Businesses- Advisory_Responsibilities:3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development

Design, develop and implement engaging and interactive user interfaces, dashboards for web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes into high-quality code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining high-quality design and user experience.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on design constraints.
Implement responsive designs to ensure a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Troubleshoot and fix front-end issues and bugs to maintain a smooth user interface.
Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development and UI/UX design to apply innovative techniques and tools.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong proficiency using various HTML5 UI templates (e.g. Tailwind CSS, Shadcn, Material UI, etc)
Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques.
Understanding of accessibility standards and practices to ensure inclusive design.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Knowledge of UI test case scripting for each edge cases as per business requirement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Mandatory skill sets:HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
