  • Coordination with concerned department to conclude performance Management process for Technicians.

  • Develop Monthly Labor Scan, concern trends, community request, Government requests for Plant Leadership Team
  • Value Relationship with Government authorities from Local to Regional Office
  • Contribute towards adherence of safety norms and improvement of safety.

  • Maintain & Motivate Shop floor Intelligence.
  • Feedback of Concern resolutions to group of workers at workstation, Devise process to lower down the employee concerns
  • Identify cases which requires disciplinary intervention
