- Meet ACOS & ROAS goals to achieve EBITDA margin of 25% by the end of year two
- Develop an online marketing playbook to maximize RoI and predictable sales
- Setup high conversion marketing funnels & campaign structures - ToFu, MoFu, BoFu
- Optimize CTR, CPC and website conversion
- Liaison with cross functional teams & agencies to create regional content
- Conceptualize creative content to increase brand love & sales
- Retain 1 million using drip marketing via WhatsApp, SMS
- Deliver monthly sales forecast reports that are 90% accurate
- Develop a result-oriented team of marketers to create a new business category in India
- 14+ years track record in brand building and performance marketing
- Candidates with experience in LeadGen, D2C, Ed-Tech, exclusive business outlets (EBO) preferred
- Master in performance marketing and dangerously hands-on with Google especially YouTube,Meta platform
- Personality traits - Obsessive go-getter, analytical, micro-manager and tirelessly run AB tests
- Has the knack to work directly with founders & investors with high sense of ownership
- Ability to undertake PnL accountability. Thrives in an ambiguous business environment
