Architect

• Support all phases of the architectural design process with various delivery methods. Applies academic knowledge and training in the area of various building materials and systems.
• Works under the direction of a project architect; receives specific and detailed instruction as to given tasks and desired results.
• Continual collaboration with on-site and remote staff including daily team check-in and regular department and project related meetings.
• Desire to display and develop skills and initiative through problem-solving, strategic thinking, and discovering solutions. Applicants will have opportunities for mentoring staff and will be expected to assist with developing a team through future growth.
• Drafts own and others designs into completed working drawings.
• Will operate in an inter-disciplinary environment and be responsive to the needs of multiple persons and projects.
• Goal-oriented assignments, with strong interest in development and refinement of the design and study process.
• Must also recognize the importance of fiscal and environmental stewardship of resources of the Department, Company and Clients.

• Salary Range: 12 to 18 Lacs/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications directly related to the position. [This role is eligible for overtime or premium pay, employee-recognition programs, and additional annual incentive / discretionary bonuses, of which are based on company and individual performance and goals.]

• Bachelor's degree in architecture with at least 8 years of experience in architecture design.
• Desire to display and develop skills and initiative through problem-solving, strategic thinking, and discovering solutions.
• Strong proficiency in researching and applying local and international building codes, with proven experience in conducting code compliance reviews and ensuring designs meet all regulatory requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in design visualization tools and techniques, including high-end rendering (e.g., Enscape, Twin Motion, Lumion, V-Ray) and graphic diagramming.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating professional architectural presentations and visual storytelling.
• The ability to communicate digitally, verbally and in writing with local and international team members - fluency in English is required.
• Experience in completing architectural projects with Autodesk Revit. Knowledge of other Autodesk and Bentley products is a plus.
• Good computer interface skills (PC) including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of LEED and Sustainable Design practices is a plus.
• Should be flexible to work in the evening hours to maintain the communication with the USA teams.
