Experience Required: 12–13 YearsJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed within scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple software development projects through the complete SDLC (requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support).Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).Track and monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Manage project budgets and resource utilization efficiently.Ensure clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders and senior management.Mentor, coach, and guide teams to improve delivery capabilities and productivity.Requirements:12–13 years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in IT project management.Strong experience in managing projects across the SDLC lifecycle.Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, etc.).Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Agile certifications (preferred).Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
