- Analyze business unit financials, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions and investment cases.
- Partner with Finance to track KPIs and budget performance.
- Data Reporting & Dashboarding
- Analyze complex data sets to draw meaningful conclusions and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Create visually compelling presentations that communicate strategic recommendations effectively.
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key operational and strategic metrics.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Market Analysis
- Review and interpret market research reports, industry publications, and competitor analysis.
- Identify emerging trends, market shifts, and innovation opportunities relevant to the business unit.
- Conduct gap analysis to assess current business performance against market benchmarks.

- 6–8 years of total experience in software service industry, with a minimum of 4 years experience in strategy, business planning, financial analysis, project management or MIS roles.
