JobType: full-timeRequirementsWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience in compliance, HRMS, or payroll products/services will be highly desirable.This is a customer-facing role where persistence, relationship-building, and market knowledge will be key to success.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Conduct cold calling activities to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects through calls, emails, networking, and social selling.
  • Research target industries, organizations, and decision-makers to tailor outreach strategies.
  • Sales Engagement & Conversion
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to keep them engaged throughout the sales cycle.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos and client meetings, ensuring prospects fully understand the value proposition.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and differentiators to meet client needs.
  • Manage objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with revenue targets.
  • Market & Product Knowledge
  • Actively expand knowledge of HRMS, payroll, compliance products and services, and their application in various industries.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings, industry trends, and customer needs to position solutions effectively.
  • Gather feedback from clients and prospects to provide insights for product and service improvements.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Forecast sales pipeline accurately and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue achievements to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer success, and product development to support customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales, preferably in B2B software, compliance, HRMS, or payroll solutions.
  • Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken – with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to compliance management, payroll systems, or HR technology solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-starter with high levels of motivation, resilience, and adaptability.
