Job Description:Role Proficiency:Ensuring adherence to test practices and process to improve test coverageOutcomes: * Create Test Estimates and Schedules

Identify business processes conduct risk analysis and ensure test coverage

Additional Comments:Key Responsibilities: Design and implement performance testing strategies (load, stress, endurance, and scalability). Develop automated performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify system bottlenecks. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. Monitor application performance in production and recommend improvements. Document test plans, results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience in performance testing. Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling). Experience with scripting languages (Java, Python). Strong understanding of system architecture and performance metrics. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic, DataDog). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
