To work as head for cluster of branches and generate revenues with optimum utilization of availableresources and would also be responsible for building the team of development managers and PFAs,motivating, mentoring and guiding the team.
  • To Achieve the desired revenue targets and persistency targets for the assigned branches
  • To recruit effective and efficient team of DMs and PFAs
  • To Handle Complaints of Employee, PFA, Policy Holders
  • To Motivate and Mentor Team members for desired Results and achieve common objective
  • To maintain YOY Growth and Profitability of the Cluster
  • To ensure desired Manpower Budget of all Branches Employees and PFAs
  • To maintain Persistency and Quality and Health of Business
  • To design Marketing Activities Plan and drive Execution
  • To Drive various Reward and Recognition initiatives
  • To ensure execution of training calendar and other events.
RequirementsADM/AADM-
  • Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).
  • Candidate should have atleast 12+ yrs of sales and training and strategy. Industries can be tapped(any insurance)
  • Candidate must have Insurance /BFSI experience.
  • Must be located at Chennai
  • Preferably married male
  • Age from 30+ years old
  • Must be able to travel between entire Tamil Nadu branches.
  • Compensation upto 10LPA
Roles and Resposibilities:
  • Candidate should be comfortable travelling from branch to branch inside Tamil Nadu branches.
  • Candidate will be supervising the sales enabling and agency support process.
