Job Description Summary We are looking for a talented and organized Digital Creative Designer to join our team in a unique role that combines design expertise with project management skills. This position requires a creative mindset coupled with strong organizational abilities to lead digital design projects effectively. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of design projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative studio and clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining project timelines, and delivering high-quality digital designs that exceed client expectations. The Digital Creative Designer will be a part of the Digital Innovation and Marketing Operations Team (DIMO) and report to the manager of the Creative Studio. DIMO's mission is to drive digital transformation within the commercial organization that is rooted in continual enhancements focused on a digital-first mindset, which uses a test & learn culture while balancing operational effectiveness and personalized omni channel customer engagement supporting Azurity's commitment to ACE (Azurity Commercial Excellence) as we Serve Overlooked Patients. Partnering closely with their US based DIMO colleagues and the brand leads, this individual will also work closely with cross-functional team members in PMRC (Azurity MLR process), and Digital to ensure that business imperatives are supported though the development and execution of best-in-class practices and tactics. Responsibilities Digital and Print Design & Development Design and execute on-brand creative solutions for a variety of digital, print and web assets - email templates, websites pages, brand logos, product graphics, icons, presentations, display signage, print. Take ideas from concept to execution, working with brand leads and DIMO colleagues to deliver an effective user experience and gain results across our omnichannel customer engagement and experience ecosystem. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with internal teams, and other stakeholders. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring collaboration and addressing any concerns or feedback. Ability to work independently while actively communicate and partner with the rest of the creative services team. Creative/Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between creative and technical teams, understanding the unique needs and constraints of each. Actively participate in creative and technical discussions, providing hands-on contributions to both areas. Quality Assurance: Ensure that offshore deliverables meet both the highest creative and technical standards. Collaboration and Communication Coordinate with onshore marketing teams to align strategies and goals. Communicate effectively across time zones to ensure seamless project execution. Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
