We dive deep into data to extract the greatest value and discover opportunities in key business and functions like Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and Auto, Supply Chain, and Finance.The opportunityWe're looking for Managers (Solution Architects) with strong technology and data understanding having proven delivery capability. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm as well as a part of a growing Data and Analytics team.Your key responsibilities
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles (e.g., accessibility, responsive design, affordance, feedback) and experience applying the principles.
  • Experience working in Agile environments including communication with Product Manager and Product Owner.
  • Ability to maintain documentation as appropriate for the platform (e.g., user manuals, technical specifications, code comments).
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools (especially JIRA).
  • Expertise in security best practices for web applications
  • Experience using package management tools.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and coaching/mentoring junior engineers.
  • Experience in developing applications using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization.
  • Experience with ETL processes, cleaning, blending, and transforming data using Tableau calculations and scripts.
  • Proficiency integrating data from Oracle, Postgres, Snowflake into Tableau applications.
  • Strong skills in Tableau advanced features (LOD expressions, table calculations, dashboard actions, row-level security, performance optimization, advanced visualizations such as radial diagrams).
  • Familiarity with Tableau APIs, extensions, and custom visualizations.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical options (advantages, disadvantages, cost) to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., GDPR, GxP).
  • Experience with SQL
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Experience in project management and Agile delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development, advanced visualizations, and data modeling.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data transformations in Tableau.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources such as Oracle, Postgres, and Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and package management tools.
  • 8 - 11 years of experience.
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience with junior engineers.
  • Familiarity with Tableau APIs, extensions, and custom visualizations
