The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, and Power Automate Desktop, enabling them to design and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and automation engineers to identify, analyze, and optimize processes for automation while ensuring seamless integration with Oracle and other enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automation initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points and assess automation feasibility.
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and detailed functional specifications.
  • Conduct impact analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure automation solutions align with business and IT strategies.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback implementation.
UiPath Development Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Implement best practices in RPA development, including REFramework, exception handling, and logging.
  • Integrate UiPath with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop for system interactions and data processing.
  • Optimize and maintain existing UiPath bots to improve performance and scalability.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards in RPA implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in process improvement, system integrations, and automation strategy.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development, deployment, and support.
  • Experience in Oracle EBS (Financials, SCM, HRMS), Oracle Cloud ERP, and Oracle Database.
  • Hands-on expertise in Power Automate Desktop for UI and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of RPA best practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and scripting languages (Python, VBA, PowerShell) for automation and data manipulation.
  • UiPath skills (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer Advanced certification preferred)
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
  • Experience in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Power Automate Process Mining).
  • Understanding of Oracle technical/DB (APIs, Web Services, and SQL queries for Oracle ERP).
  • Experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) for automation solutions.
  • Cloud automation experience (Azure, AWS, OCI).
