Campaign & Delivery Management :- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery across performance, programmatic, and social platforms.- Manage campaign setup, pacing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.- Ensure campaigns meet agreed KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.) and SLAs.- Act as escalation point for delivery issues and proactively resolve client concerns.Client & Stakeholder Coordination :- Collaborate with Account Managers & Sales Teams to align delivery with client expectations.- Communicate campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.- Maintain strong relationships with key publishers, DSPs, and platform partners.Team Leadership & Process Excellence :- Lead, train, and mentor a team of delivery specialists/associates.- Implement best practices, SOPs, and QA processes for error-free execution.- Monitor workloads, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely delivery.Data, Reporting & Insights- Build and maintain campaign dashboards with tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel.- Analyze campaign data to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.- Work with BI/Data teams to enhance automation and reporting frameworks.
