Job Overview We are hiring a Steward to join our team at Hotel Pathikashram Nilaya in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. As a Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction in our restaurants and banquet halls. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications And Skills Prior experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred Good knowledge of food and beverage service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to handle cash transactions Team player with a positive attitude Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Roles And Responsibilities Set up tables and ensure they are clean and tidy Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or requests Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas Assist in preparing and arranging banquet halls for events Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
