Job Description:Content Design
  • Consult with business leaders across the organization to gain understanding of the business priorities and use these insights to design the content strategy to be delivered through high impact learning experiences - instructor led, self-paced & blended
  • Research & recognize industry-related trends and topics (combining online sources, primary and secondary research) to design content that meets business' learning needs.
  • Execute the content development strategy with use of instructional design principles to design, develop & curate content for maximum learning effectiveness across all learning mediums.
  • Curate relevant digital content ready for consumption for cohorts across the organization ranging upto senior management
  • Design & drive employee communication and campaigns as per the communication strategy in order to increase adoption of learning initiatives
Functional Capability Development
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders of functions such as GEO, Retail Sales, Bancassurance & Motor Dealer to understand learning needs and translate the same into learning solutions with a mix of learning modalities
  • Partner with HRBP team, business leaders, line managers & employees to effectively deliver learning experiences for these functions, with an aim of upskilling & reskilling as per the organization's learning & development strategy
  • Design & drive the learning journey for CEO sponsored leadership developments initiatives such Managing Director's Future Leaders Club with an aim to prepare young talent for future leadership roles
Stakeholder Management
  • Closely collaborate and engage with business leaders to understand capability needs to design & drive capability/behavioral development programs with an aim to nurture a robust leadership pipeline
  • Interact with Business/Function Heads to endorse and cascade the adoption of the learning initiatives with their teams
  • Collaborate with external content providers, design consultants, and other vendor partners to design and deliver learning initiatives.
  • Work in close collaboration with Finance and Legal team for vendor contracts and onboarding
Group Campus Initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the Group Talent Management team to design and drive the Group Young Leaders Program (GYLP & GFAP) at BAGIC
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on a continuous basis to track and review GYLP associates performance through multiple touch points and reporting mechanisms
