Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Immigration Paralegal at Owneso Legal Consulting. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as auditing legal documentation, reviewing documents, legal research, preparation of legal documents related to immigration cases, and providing support in immigration law. The role is primarily located in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. Proficiency in US immigration law is a prerequisite for the position. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in handling a broad spectrum of cases, including family-based, employment-based, and asylum cases. Qualifications Experience in USA immigration law, visas, and immigration issues Ability to prepare legal documents related to immigration law Knowledge of legal document preparation and administrative tasks Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Law or related field Experience in family-based, employment-based and visitor visas and virtual paralegal services is a plus.
