Role Overview:This position is open with the company manufacturing medical devices. Candidates with industry experience in Pharma, Lifesciences and Medical devices will be preferred.- We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead business growth for our Gastroenterology product portfolio in the Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Ahmedabad region. The role focuses on expanding market penetration, increasing device adoption, and strengthening our market share within partner hospitals.Key Responsibilities:- Drive exponential business growth across the assigned territory through increased market penetration and share.- Develop, manage, and motivate channel partners to achieve sales objectives.- Build and maintain strong, ethical relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other relevant hospital personnel.- Stay informed on competitive activity and market trends, using insights to create effective strategies for business expansion.- Develop accurate sales forecasts for the territory and establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.- Adhere to all organizational reporting requirements, policies, and procedures.Core Attributes:- High ethical standards, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration.- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong customer focus.Experience & Knowledge:- Proven experience in sales and market development within the medical technology sector.- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals through personal initiative and channel partner management.- Familiarity with the Delhi NCR healthcare market and its dynamics.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
