We can't do much about the manager! Job Description In-depth knowledge of the entire production pipeline. Proficiency in developing visual effects concepts based on scripts, storyboards, or project guidelines. Skill in creating pre-visualizations or storyboards for effective communication of visual effects sequences. Expertise in using industry-standard softwares for 3D modeling, animation, texturing, lighting, rendering and compositing. (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, After Effects). Capability to integrate visual effects seamlessly into live-action footage using compositing tools like Adobe After Effects and Nuke. Experience in creating and animating particle systems, fluid simulations, and dynamic simulations for realistic effects (e.g., fire, smoke, water, explosions). Ability to apply textures to 3D models and set up lighting to match live-action scenes for consistency and realism. Proficient in rotoscoping techniques to isolate and manipulate specific elements within a scene. Skill in tracking live footage using tools such as Mocha, After Effects, and Geo tracking plugins. Independent work capability with effective time management skills. Consistent delivery of work in accordance with company standards, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
