Role & Responsibilities:- Oversee/coordinate and manage overall warehouse operations (3PL or otherwise), including import and export activities. Ensure compliance with import and export regulations, including obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and documentation for customs clearance. Manage stock and inventory levels ensuring accurate stock counts through regular cycle stocktakes and reconciliations; with emphasis on safekeeping and systems/process flows Optimize logistic performance metrics, such as TATs, lead times and transportation costs & Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies within the warehouse and logistics functions with accurate and quick retrieval documentation. Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, shipping, and delivery of goods & maintain accurate records and documentation related to import and export activities, including customs duties, taxes, freight charges and transportation expenses. Provide regular reports and updates to management on warehouse, logistics, import, and export operations, including performance metrics and key initiatives including daily schedules and cost analyses Coordinate with customers, clients, suppliers, vendors, transporters and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of domestic sales (physical and online) as well as import and export orders. Attention to detail, Time Management, Planning & Organizing, cost planning and tracking, Communication, Adaptability & Result Oriented Understanding of market and product. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to oversee all logistics functions including supervision and interface with own team, company colleagues; third party solutions providers for maximum sales and quality service. Help achieve budgeted Company topline, and bottom-line targets through effective warehouse and distribution management. Education Bachelors Degree/ MBA 3-6 years of handling warehouse, logistic & handling import/export
