Com, BMS, BBI, BBA, etc.) or a Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.5-8 years of experience in financial crime compliance, risk management, or KYC/AML operations.Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks: FATF, USA Patriot Act, EU AML Directives, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Asia-Pacific AML Regulations, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)Strong understanding of KYC principles, AML regulations, and sanctions compliance,Possessing working knowledge of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).Extremely strong research and analytical skills with a demonstrated track record.Good MS Office and Writing skills, including ability to quickly and effectively summarize information from multiple sources into concise analytical assessments.Ability to prioritize several projects and assignments on multiple topics while meeting tight deadlines.Curiosity and desire to learn new skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred:To have CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CKYCA (Certified KYC Associate) certifications or certificationAbout KrollIn a world of disruption and increasingly complex business challenges, our professionals bring truth into focus with the Kroll Lens.
