Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and Warehouse Management Systems to streamline and optimize processes (Mandatory skill).

Experience in KPI tracking to assess and ensure that goals and objectives are met consistently and effectively.
Strong skills in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure availability as per demand.
Effective team leadership abilities to inspire and guide the warehouse team toward achieving organizational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
Implement and monitor adherence to warehouse policies and procedures to maintain high operational standards.
Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
Ensure inventory management systems are effectively utilized to track and manage stock levels.
