- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand our international market presence for ion exchange resins, targeting new customers, regions, and industries.
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with international clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Provide excellent customer support and service.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize market research to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of export sales professionals, setting performance goals, conducting regular evaluations, and providing training and development opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team, highlighting key performance metrics and market insights.
- Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in export sales of ion exchange resins or related chemical products, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of international markets, export regulations, and trade compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
